This response searches codes and titles from the Military Occupational Classification (MOC). Matching results are returned, along with the O*NET-SOC occupations linked to each match. By default, only codes in active use are searched; set the optional active parameter to false to search codes and titles which are no longer in active use.

An optional branch parameter can be provided to limit searches to a single service branch:

  • air_force - Air Force (AFSC)
  • army - Army (MOS)
  • coast_guard - Coast Guard (Ratings)
  • marine_corps - Marine Corps (MOS)
  • navy - Navy (Ratings)
  • space_force - Space Force (SFSC)
