This response returns information related to job opportunities and employment for the career.

The outlook property indicates whether job opportunities are likely in the future. One of three category values is returned:

• Bright - the career meets one or more Bright Outlook criteria
• Average - the career does not meet Bright Outlook criteria, but is projected to have at least a 5% increase in employment over 2023-2033
• Below Average - the career does not meet Bright or Average criteria.

The bright_outlook property is present if the career meets any Bright Outlook criteria. See the Careers with a Bright Outlook services for more information.

The salary property provides annual and/or hourly wages, from the BLS Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics wage estimates. The soc_code property indicates the SOC code for which the estimate was published. The median, 10th percentile, and 90th percentile estimates are provided when available. If the estimated salary is greater than the maximum reported by BLS, the maximum number will be returned in an property suffixed by "_over": for example, an annual_median_over property would be present and the annual_median property would be missing.
